Who I Am
Someone with an understanding of the needs of the tenant with knowledge of the works to be carried out and someone to answer any questions and help with any related problems the tenant may have.
What I Do
Develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes.
